The two-day celebration brought together the finest professionals of the wedding and event fraternity from across India, marking one of the most remarkable industry gatherings ever held in the Hadoti region.

Hosted at the luxurious The Karni Palace, Kota, the event showcased the unmatched talent, creativity, and dedication of wedding planners, decorators, anchors, makeup artists, photographers, hoteliers, and other key contributors to the industry. The gala night featured stunning performances, glamorous red-carpet entries, knowledge sessions, and an emotional award ceremony honoring excellence across multiple categories.

In his address, Mr. Maheshwari congratulated the WIVA team for creating such a powerful platform that connects every segment of the wedding industry—from ground-level vendors to luxury planners—under one vision. He praised the growing professionalism and creativity of Hadoti’s wedding industry and extended best wishes for its expansion beyond regional boundaries.

Key Speakers Highlight Collaboration and Innovation at WIVA 2025

The event was graced by Key speaker Mohit Maheshwari (President FOREM and Event guru Arshad Hussain (Chairman IWTC), along with several distinguished guests and industry leaders from pan india. WIVA President Mr. Kamal Sharma (Director MD events, Kota), who spearheaded the event, welcomed all attendees and emphasized the importance of collaboration, recognition, and innovation in strengthening Rajasthan’s position as a premier destination wedding hub.

More than 200 professionals were nominated this year, and exclusive Lifetime Achievement Awards were presented to senior contributors who have significantly shaped the wedding ecosystem of Rajasthan. The ceremony also included networking sessions, brand showcases, and panel discussions focused on new trends, destination weddings, and business growth in the post-digital era.

The event concluded with a spectacular entertainment night, filled with music, dance, and Diwali-style celebrations, symbolizing joy, unity, and progress within the industry.

WIVA 2025 once again proved that Rajasthan—especially Kota and the Hadoti region—is emerging as a powerful hub for wedding and event professionals. The association announced its next phase of initiatives, including skill-building workshops, city-level chapters, and collaborations with national wedding councils.
